General Disclaimers:

1. The clean & seal process cannot fix leaks caused by roof design faults, inferior roof tile materials or poor quality work from previous tradespeople. However with a combined 27 years roofing experience we will do everything we can to fix all problem areas. Happy customers are important to us 😊
2. We do not cover against problems with low roof pitch, bursts of strong winds which lift tiles or hail damage. If problems persist, a builder, structural engineer, or roof carpenter can assist you.
3. In most cases we can repair cracked tiles using waterproof cement, however if the tile has deteriorated beyond repair the customer is responsible for supply of replacements and disposal of old ones.
